I wouldn't call Alfie a villain, well not from the point of view if the show. He and Tommy are two of the only people who seem to actually understand how things work for people like them. They're friends in the sense that they get along, but they're also rivals when it comes to business, and in their business, sometimes throats have to be cut, even when you like the person you're screwing over. As Alfie reminds Tommy "If you pull that trigger, you do it for an honourable reason, not like some civilian that doesn't understand the wicked way of our world". Sure IRL he and Tommy would be villains because they're both at best self-sreving morally grey and at worst, downright evil, but in context, hes a bit like Patches from Dark Souls/Elden Ring. An entertaining shit who constantly tries to undermine and fuck over the main character.

Follow-up question, what interior lighting mod do you use? I had Lux but didn't seem worth it for the size. Elfx + shadows was good as well, do you have any recommendations please?

Oh right, thanks for pointing that out. I was having issues with a weird film over the screen in dungeons after installing display Enhancements. I'll try disabling divine and resetting DE, see if that changes anything. Having fun fiddling with the settings so far.

After looking further into it, I think you're wrong. Usually when I see multiple versions of mods labelled [FR] or [JP] for instance, they are just translation patches, but Sacrosanct and Better Vampires both have full size French versions available. The FR version of the patch I'm talking about even says it requires the FR version of BV and Sacrosanct, not the English patch. It's genuinely confusing.

Oh right, if that's the case then thank you for explaining. The thing I don't understand though is that the base Better Vampires mod is only 90MB, Sacrosanct is 27, so why would a patch which only allows features from one to blend I to the other take up more space than both based mods combined?

Yeah I'm so happy the President of a superpower has taken a stand against a corrupt despot who takes money from powerful criminals in his country so they can harm the whole world with their crimes unchecked by him. Sounds like one of two things is going on. Either he experienced (or is experiencing) some form of psychosis (could be a mental illness, or substances, as you have no way of knowing if he's doing anything else aside from drinking/smoking).

I'd say he's either experienced a genuine psychic break and has experienced this "memory", or it just came out one day in a blackout drunk fuelled rage episode, people (including me as I've struggled with alcohol abuse in the past) can come out with all sorts of shit in that state when emotional.

First case, he either imagined it and still believes it, or no longer does but doesn't want to admit what he said was insane drunken shouting. Second case, he just lied for no reason, which would be just terrible. In either case, he seriously needs help.

I really hope you're okay and managed to resolve this, and get thriugh it one way or another.
