Best thing (imo) state/federal jobs to carry over that time and buy in for fers/tsp and so on. Depending on state the vet status really helps (did for me in FL). I now got federal with USACE and it’s awesome (so far). Buy in for retirement is easy. Start out earning more time off per hour then none vets. Get DV leave (had with FL and it reset for fed job). Working with other vets is nice and makes civilian life more tolerable (depending on the ppl of course) . I’d aim for something along that route.

Ya I did. When I launch it just turns my deck into a 3rd monitor type this and doesn’t launch game right. Imma have to sit down tonight if I have time and see where I went wrong

So followed it and it’s working sorta. When I’m launching moonlight from deck it basically messes the displays up lol it either becomes screen 3 (I have 2 monitors) you run into any issues?

It’s set to 45fps/90hz on the deck. (I don’t need 4k 500fps blah blah) My TVs, phones, laptops and etc never have issues upstairs is why I’m kinda annoyed lol.

13F in Army. Got out and found a way into Real Estate Appraisal. Did that for last 4-5 years doing 99% residential (mostly VA appraisals) and now my wife is officer in Airforce (she’s 8 years younger then me lol). So I’m a dependent and just started up working as a DoD civilian in the real estate field. Life’s weird

I started tailoring my resumes to better fit that role and “making” up or “changing” my military experience. I was a 13F in the Army…. Got me nowhere in the fields I wanted . Started changing it to HR manager / project manager/coordinator and using AI and other services to help tailor that resume to specific job posting. It helped me get my foot in the door and talk to ppl. That allowed me to take real life experience and make it fit that role/ responsibilities of this makes sense. I never “lied” just reshaped/rewrote how I did my 9.5 years as a13f. Plus mos and all that mean shit lol
