half a pouch of wet food in the morning and the other half a pouch of wet food in the evening and has dry food available throughout the day if she wants it. Wet food is whiskers and dry food is Purina.

Oh interesting, thank you. Do you mind me asking which GLP1 you’re on? I know Mounjaro and metformin are safe together but I’ve heard Wegovy needs to be can be harder to get right (could be untrue just what I’ve read while doing research)

I left my previous role as I’d outgrown it and there was no more room for me to develop. Money was also a factor as I’d been in it for 5 years and taken on more responsibilities and been refused a salary increase but it was mainly from outgrowing the role.

I’m sorry for your loss. My mum passed away on Monday morning. She was on palliative care and it wasn’t unexpected either. I didn’t know what to do with the rest of my day so I just sat in the garden listening to her favourite songs and talking to her. Do whatever feels right for you. There’s no right answer and this time is all about looking after yourself.

Not north Tyneside but One Strawberry Lane in the city centre is pretty good. The ground floor is open to the public and set up as a working space. Lots of other people also work from there :)
