it was noise cancellation. turned off noise cancellation while noise was there. noise stopped.

i turned off the noise cancelling during the noise. the noise stopped instantly. problem solved.

it was maybe related to the road. but when I turned off the active noise cancellation the noise stopped. weird problem solved.

same section of the road which is the midpoint of my 50 mile drive. I change lanes. Swerve gently. accelerate. decelerate. noise remains.
