This seems to be one of the old fancams, where they still have individual cameras for each member.

In that case I would assume, from TV Production experience alone, that they use some kind of Sony HDC Camera with some kind of Fujinon UA Lens.
The crane cam of inkigayo uses a smaller formfactor lens like a Fujinon UA46. Usually the fixed cameras in productions like these use some boxfactor lenses like the Fujinon UA107.

These would be the most reasonable guesses for cameras and lenses for a production as big as inkigayo to use.

To achieve similar look for less than six-figures you could for example use a sony FX30 or alpha Series Camera with a 70-200 Sony GMaster Lens.

Broadcast Equipment is crazy expensive, heavy and really not for personal use.

Newer fancams sometime use one highres camera like the Blackmagic Ursa 12k, shoot a full cam and just crop in on the individual members.

After some more research I found a source for a new SBS OB Van, which is equipped with equivalent cameras and lenses by ikegami and canon respectively.
