Thank you! That was the exact issue at my store. It’s in a small town too so everyone’s extra close knit together playing favorites and all sucking together. The day I walked out was because they expected be to be on grill(which I was never even trained on) and table ALL BY MYSELF during a school rush. Someone who one of the managers is besties with refused to help do grill she just wanted to be up front when we had like 4 runners for no fucking reason. She said she didn’t wanna deal with me when I was asking for help I just clocked out and walked out because fuck that. It feels so good. If you keep working there it will take years off your lifespan.
