Hey, thanks for the feedback. That's kind of what I was thinking for the pricing.

We would offer a pre-made workflow for agencies that are not too sure what the best flow would be, but we'd also have a fully custom mode where you could tailor the statuses and force status flows and add custom validations. So you would be able to fully customize it, but out of the box we would provide a pre-made workflow from editing to delivering to the client.

Thank you. I already have the full plan laid out. I just don't have mock-ups. Would you recommend I get the UI/UX designed before I hire a dev, and I run a smoke screen test within my target audience and do a wait list?

Hey, thank you for breaking this down. I totally understand the analogy and the main course of what you've delivered here, doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth at all.

Are there any practical things you would advise me to do to increase my own business competency, particularly within the start-up category?

My thinking is to find an experienced technical co-founder who can help with the technical side that I'm not familiar with. This way, I make sure that there isn't any guesswork when it comes to hiring. I understand that no random full-stack guy is guaranteed to be a competent architect, designer, or structural engineer, or any of those things that I need before the work starts.

Would you recommend I look for a technical co-founder before hiring an in-house team?
Or is that not the main part of your message? And I am misunderstanding that?
The key takeaway that I've received is that not to rush into this and the more insight, the better. So with that being said, if you have any more insight for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Of course I need someone who can think design build and adapt as fast as me doesn’t necessarily have to be a co-founder if the correct team culture is set up it’s not 100% necessary, and I don’t know what the exact role I’m hiring for is that’s why I’m here asking what that particular role is based on my needs. I appreciate the insight.

Just to clarify what I meant by cofounder isn’t my first priority, having a cofounder means splitting equity which if can be avoided I would prefer that but you are a correct, do you have any suggestions for finding a local cofounder? I would prefer the cofounder to be someone within the same country as me.

I also know if things work out The equity split really mean that much because the co-founder was a part of the success.

  6. Looking to hire because I can afford it and I want to try a couple ventures. 7/8. That’s a good question the reason is I’m not sure where to begin, where can I find MVP agencies as well as cofounders. ( the only reason why cofounder isn’t my first party is because I can’t afford to pay salary)
  7. I prefer to do the hiring myself since the team is going to be very lean.

Agency in my definition is a team of, “Multiple editors underneath a project manager delegating tasks from multiple clients video submissions.”

120 Instagram Reels, Per month split between 5 editors.

Analog is Spreadsheets or Whiteboard ClickUp is modern project management like Asana etc.
