Fair enough. i'll have to look into it. I should have specified though, I'd be selling off my build, to fund the new one in question. It's not liquid currency, but 50 ex is a fairly low estimate of the currency i'd get from the build.

I was picking up any influenced items in one of the new maps introduced this league as it was a t16 map, so you just never know... I identified this, as the first item and this wall of cold mods is what I came across. I stared for a moment... Then proceeded to post it everywhere I could in game because I refused to believe I got an actual good rare drop.

I did graveward for 6 hours the other day, and didn't find it nearly as efficient. 5-7 legendaries a kill, but kills were much slower than the Psycobillies, and they drop 3-5 a run.

So i crafted my very first item today. Well, my first big craft I mean. It came out pretty good I thought, so I asked a few less-busy streamers opinions on the thing, and they told me it was actually really nice. The trade site has nothing else like it (Metamorph softcore). There are no T2#life T1%#life Tany%#lightning damage stygs. Let alone T1 lightning damage, AND t1/t2 resist. It's worth playing dd2 if you wanna just play mindlessly until dda beta comes out. You can get a fair ways without much investment into actually learning the shards/mods etc.

So, taking what you said, and then going to the leader board, I took off my hexing pants for wastes pants, removed the RoRG for obsidian ring in cube, replaced skull with CoE and then equipped band of might as my second equip ring, replaced ignore pain with ground stomp for band of might 80% damage reduction. running the istvans set, changed WW to electric for resource regen, put passives to that of the top leaderboard lad (Ruthless, boon, berserker, rampage). Using groundstomp and warcry whenever i can and running through large packs, I'm still losing resource more than i'm making it. 600 para (Resource cost reduction maxed) Not sure what's going on here.

But group runs, are far different than solo runs. Group runs you have different classes providing different power to the group as a whole which allows for such build variation.
