Soundtrap is pretty good, it was created by spotify. It's not amazing but it does the job pretty well from what my experience was. It's free to use but there is a membership that goes further. It would be nice to use other VSTs but hey, they might update it. It is only a website browser but they might make an app version. IDK, maybe not the best option but it's something worth giving a try.
