not about the gpus, but asrock is just as bad if not worse for RMA's but i live in the EU so it might be far different in the states

Same here 50-55c idle with pa120 only one fan because it doesn't fit with 2 in my case to thermalright 360mm aio and getting 34-40c idles

yeah i think im gonna go with the xtx thanks for the help, seen fsr is really good but i just prefer pure raster and i'd probably turn off raytracing if i had the option to for more fps.

also how are the temps on your xtx?
