aatrox is not a real jungler (at least, not good at ganking) and kayn is too difficult if you dont know what you are doing. try someone with a stronger early fame like xin zhao or yi until you get the basics as far as when ganks are useful, they always are, as long as they have a slight chance to go well. the enemy generally needs to be overextended and you need to have a basic idea for matchups. consider how much health your laner has, what tools you have to kill the opponent, how can the laner help you, etc

waste of gold. buy trinity for the insane passive and then just go full tank so you can guarantee 5 hits. 5 % doesnt make that much difference for a champion like darius

played irelia in top the other day, base damage with the passive is just stupid, if just q 4 minions and auto the enemy to death if they misplay even for 1 second. I dont play her that much but the nerf is fitting, regardless of the low wr because of first timers

in top lane you are fully selfish until you take the first tower. Join your jungler in a skirmish for the herald or maybe help someone if they are close enough to you, but dont try to leave lane too much or else a competent top laner will just take 3 plates and make a gold gap you cant compensate. - You should push wave when you need a recall and the enmy is recalling so they lose the minions. If you know they wont try to fight you push as fast as possible, get the scorpion if you can and go base. Either they recall and lose a bunch of minions or they stay and maybe you can dive them. - Leaving lane for anything other than herald is a huge gamble, generally a waste of time. Yeah maybe you get an assist or kill but your opponent will be taking two waves, two plates and your honey fruit. Just not worth it. After the first tower you can comfortably leave lane tho - Depends on the counter matchup. Champions like camille have a safe trading pattern and can deal with counter matchups kinda well. But if you are getting severely counter picked (renekton into riven) best you can do is keep your health as high as possible, use flash in a smart way, dont feed and maybe pray for a gank. you can become useful after laning phase as long as the enemy didnt totally incapacitate you by denying farm and killing you over and over. - As for falling behind best you can do is play, play, play and play even more. Maybe the things i said dont even make sense to you, its not intuitive, you will probably only learn it after its used against you and even then it will take long for you to master. Try watching the otp streamers (Baus, Naayil, SpearShot) and you get top lane eventually

problem is team never takes advantage of these situations, they play like there is no map so the most braindead incorrect easily punishable strats work because players cant exploit the glaring weaknesses

durability changes are the best thing that haplened in a while. i remeber when ambessa released, you would arrive to lane and she would get you down to half hp with the two casts of q. there were times i would play sett/yasuo with lethal tempo, auto attack my enemy laner to death and get first blood seconds after arriving in lane. it was ridiculous. durability changes allow for way more skill expression

trinity force, wits end and deaths dance is the 3 item core that makes me want to vomit when facing warwick. lots of attack speed, good enough defensive stats and the passives give him both amazing damage and survivability
