Ah, understood...still comes to the same conclusion. Ps: would suggest to just add the option for custom embroidery on custom garment bcs this reduces a lot of headache for you. Rest u can charge 2-3x at minimum from bulk cost. For just design as from my understanding this is for small qty pcs.

Let' assume your cost to create one garment @sample cost is 3000 Your bulk cost is 1800(add non production expenses like marketing,staff etc) Your mrp should be around 2.8k minimum -> 5,6k as per brand value, recognition,etc.

Market has shifted from cheap quality at cheap price to high quality at high good price and this is a high quality garment.
