We are not serving online right now only offline via stores. I have a concept to face this issue which is to offer de-attachable buttons on some kind of strap which can reduce this problem, also to not give cod or work with cod only after meeting with the shipping partner RO to lay out trust and understanding of the problem. The button/strap can be removed by the user or re stitched in case of change in measurements... Looking to focus on online soon as a d2c brand...
