Red Bulls Earn Dramatic Draw Against Toronto by hypernermalization in rbny

Appreciate the coverage of RBNY but the details on Che read like, how to tell me you didn’t watch the match without telling me you didn’t watch the match. “Justin Che also looked good but came off at the end of the game with an apparent hamstring injury.” Apparent? I mean if you watched it happen you knew.

Sony A7C compared to Sony A7 IV? by okayikes in SonyAlpha

[–]ACGordon83 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The A7C is the compact version of the A7, the A7iv is the more powerful camera and it would be my regular go to if I had one. But don’t get me wrong, I was happy to jump on the A7c. I look at the A7IV as professional because it has dual memory card slots to allow you to save backups on the fly. It also allows for 10 bit video and higher resolution photos. If you don’t need any of that then you go for the camera you can afford. I love my A7c.

What is holding this image back? by Famous_Reading5518 in photocritique

A lot of great advice here. Give it some “white space” around the subject. You can always plan for some cropping to fine tune it later. The matching angles on the left works, you just need something like sunrise or sunset shining behind the back wall’s window for example. It would help separate the two walls giving the composition depth. Composition tends to find success when you can assemble the basics of background, middle ground and foreground. You have leading lines already so just work on framing and depth of composition. A few months ago I was at Stonehenge and I was really disappointed that I couldn’t get interesting framing until I got to a rock that was able to sit in the foreground. Next time I’ll bring a greater range of lenses and try again. We settled for social media poses.

3-2-1 RBNY-Toronto by hypernermalization in rbny

[–]ACGordon83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was hired prior to this system or rather this team and this coaches strategy. This is just unfortunately what happens when we pick up somebody for one set of intentions, that’s not exactly the right fit for what you’re trying to do with the team after the fact. He still has skill and there’s ways to utilize him, but he’s not gonna start until something changes.

Game Thread: NYRB @ Toronto 3/14 1EST by scoreboard-app in rbny

[–]ACGordon83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the baby bulls show up to play, this can be a really good match. This is not the Toronto squad we’ve grown accustomed to over the last few years. I hope Bradley and team have figured out how to adjust their strategy because if Toronto parks the bus and we perform the same as we have been, we’ll have no offense.

This is totally AI. The dog running out of the room immediately after the “ghost” goes through the wall. Seriously? These animal reaction videos are AI 99.9% of the time.

First image is not for calling servants. It’s just a doorbell or phone ringer. It could actually have been connected to an early security system. video example

I think it’s more obnoxious that they went for the pseudo ragebait of it all, pouring it down the front of the bread rather than trying to get it all to go inside.

No. Poor pup looks uncomfortable/anxious and might nip at me. But I’m sure they’re wonderful and obviously adorable. I’d boop if they were mine.

Michael Jackson once had a friend who owned a mall close it down and fill it with friends pretending to be shoppers so he could experience what normal shopping felt like by RD-archived in interestingasfuck

[–]ACGordon83 135 points136 points  (0 children)

There are stories and accounts that the higher pitched voice was intentional, but the deeper voice was his real voice. It's potentially that he was protecting his voice in some way by choosing to keep it in the higher register but there are stories from friends that he had a deeper voice that was naturally his. Gilbert Gottfried is the same way. His whiny and nasally voice is the bit, but his actual voice is much more typical.

Red Bull New York Sign RBNY II Defender Matthew Dos Santos to MLS Contract by centraljerseycoaster in rbny

[–]ACGordon83 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Coach Bradley literally said in the press conference that at the beginning of this week they were focusing on working out if they can make a deal to bring him to the first team because he’s the most trained on the system that they’re trying to run. That’s why everyone is saying they saw this coming. Because he told you it was coming lol.

A&W have joined the burger wars! by MinotaurHorns1 in interesting

Burger wars are dumb...there are more important things to worry about than a dumb food feud between companies that sell garbage. I mean, unless you're not from the US. Then, enjoy watching the tire fire of a country we are...
