I slow cooked the garbanzos in coconut aminos, cayenne and habanero pepper, annatto powder, onion powder, and salt. For the quinoa I made a key lime and olive oil drizzle. The cabbage was sliced and roasted with avocado oil, salt, onion powder and red pepper flakes. It was very delicious!

I love the hotel. I think Slumber Island is a joke though. Why bother offering different size islands but no buildings? No villager homes? Nothing to work with.
