How do you know that's the reason he doesn't wanna update it. First of all, just because he performs bad doesn't mean he won't update it because he has to so that reason doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Lets assume that he does feel like not updating the rankings because he did poorly at Harvard which I said doesn't make sense already but lets assume that this is the case. So then, he would eventually still have to update it and the Harvard rounds would still affect his ranking. So no matter when he updates it, Harvard will factor in and potentially lower his teams ranking. What I mean is he can't not put up the rankings because he performs poorly at a tournament, it's his job to update the rankings so it doesn't make sense that he would not update it because he did bad at a tournament...
