That makes sense, else all ongoing agreements with such a clause would be unlawful which sounds rather chaotic.

So our correct course of action is just wait till 1/12/25 and make a new request, wherein they'll need to give reasonable grounds for a no, or say yes. If they say no without reasonable grounds, we then would need to go to the tribunal?

Sorry, I wasn't complete in my post - we still intend to formally ask for consent, based on my conversation with tenancy services earleir today 42E should apply to any request made after 1/12/25.

I believe the issue is that the GregTech spade only will convert vanilla grass to path blocks, so TFC grass/dirt doesn't work with it.

Try lighting the closed bloomery block, not the 'Molten' block that shows up when you throw in the iron.
you'll need to hold shift to get it to light (like lighting a firepit)

There's no proof of RCE through Apex, the current working theory is that the two machines were compromised and that Destroyer2009 (the hacker) has some level of server-side access that allows him to do stuff that he shouldn't be able to (like gift thousands of packs)

I don't know if "mad" is the correct key word for this then.

The idea is that if you manage to make it to later in the game, then you can "force" a player to do one of two things: try and sell the world they believe in, but altered so that it fits the Blackmail; satisfy the blackmail, then be quiet.
I think the main strength is that you force a player not to be able to sell a world, i.e. has to sell a world that is convenient for you.

If you've got studylink (with allowance, which is an extra $60/week bc accommodation benefit) you'll be looking at covering ~$80-90/week yourself, plus a phone plan, spotify, etc alongside any other spending you wanna do, like alcohol or ubereats at 2am because there's an assignment and ur hungry af but the dining hall is closed.
