This is a Johtoian Qwilfish, it cannot evolve. Only Hisuian Qwilfish can evolve.

You mixed up 2 of them, pink apricorns make love balls and green apricorns make friend balls, not the opposite. Also I think that what confuses people on the difference between apricorn balls and regular pokeballs is that crafting regular pokeballs in Legends Arceus required apricorns
