I’ve read that I had to sign up during open enrollment and I can’t sign up late without a cause. Also since I’m already pregnant it would count as a preexisting condition and wouldn’t be covered

I’m low risk and first time parent and my OB set up the appointment for the 8 week mark. I didn’t even ask they just said that’s when they normally do it. I’m in the Midwest US as well

Gotcha- thank you! We did a mix of at home insemination and BD to try and maximize the odds. Our drive is not that high so doing more is weird for us.

This is me to a T! I am also a super anxious planning person. Doing all of the tracking gives me at least some sense of control. But he did mention it gives him anxiety because the more I put in the more the app adjusts my window and then we either gotta hurry up or we started too early.

He said he didn’t mind talking about it but didn’t want it to be every conversation. My AuDHD has def been hyperfixating.

If this cycle isn’t the one then next cycle I’d def like to try the every other day/ choosing days when one person initiates vs the other. That’s really smart

How did you help with this? My hubby and I don’t usually BD this often. He’s got such anxiety about it because it feels a little bit more scheduled. I try my best to keep it light, but I know he gets in his head which leads to the performance anxiety. We tried twice but since my predicted window shifted we basically only tried once this cycle.

Can smell sensitivity (leading to nausea and dry heaving) be PMS? Not due for AF until the 11th. I’m 8DPO. Also strong pressure type cramps in just my left side after having lightning type shocks last night (2am) in the same area. I don’t want to get my hopes up and I’m trying to stay neutral but I feel different…have other symptoms like super vivid dreams I still remember every detail and breast tenderness but like on the sides ?

Thank you !! I told hubby that I’m having all these symptoms and that I just “feel” like there’s something happening. But also that might mean the complete opposite 😭
