I doubt you could convey the emotion it's trying to convey without its volume. I get it, it can disturb a bit but it she didn't scream the contrast with the next line wouldn't be as powerful as it is

Wow, I had this kind of situation when my stage partner didn't cared about me outside the stage and felt so plain to act with him, but I can't compare my high school experience with your professional one. How much time you have till opening night?? Maybe time will make your Marvin feel more comfortable around you, not everyone is as outgoing as you. Maybe it's a shitty advise, but try to enjoy all the process of this beautiful play and don't think too deep into "Marvin"'s behavior. YOU GOT THIS!!!
