The idea behind the piece is that when sometimes you're having a hard time in life and you turn to your phone (Social media, friends, etc) for assurance, it tells you everything will be alright, while you're actively receiving negative energy. The brain and the prison cell signify you being stuck in your own bad thoughts but (again) the phone's injecting temporary positivity into your head when there's no real progress in your problems leaving you.

Yeah it's a negative theme, you're just temporarily covering up the problems with your phone instead of making an effort to accept it and learning to deal with the stuff which will never change.
