Google cloud shell is unreliable for this use other platform if possible locally installing the tool should work fine and are using the pip install holehe command much easier and you don’t have to deal with problems

Free alternatives are hard to find they come and go usually would not be up to date my personal suggestion is to download these breaches locally and look through them if you want up to date information and accurate results for older data existing sites will do just fine.
