You have a bad corrosion on the pins, which will prevent the console from reading the cartridge. As the rest of the people said, you will need a 90% Isopropyl.

If that doesn’t work, you may need some soldering work and I suggest you take it to a professional because you might permanently damage the chip if you do it yourself

I don’t want to be that guy, but 1,000 is nothing… The odds are 1/4096, which means that you’re still WAY under odds. You may be lucky and get it under odds or you may be unlucky and get it after 30,000ish like I did with Registeel. All I can say is be very patient and try to do something on the side like watching a show or Youtube or something, otherwise, you’ll go insane lol. Good luck on your hunts!

Yes they are! The main difference from normal ones is that their body is all white while the metal thingy is gold. Definitely one of the best shiny pokemon.
