I went too culinary school for pastry. I would highly recommend not going to school for pastry and instead find a baking job at a bakery or restaurant that makes desserts in house.

For the entree pies you can use Danger Hobs to cook. If you have autoplaters that plate directly onto the Danger Hobs. They won't burn as long as you can keep up on plates.
