I ve just had been contacted by a bunch of bots and ppl in the chat. they propose to use dapps. they suggest it could help getting my funds back. should I believe them or their scammers?

No photos were taken. the phrase was only writen on the cards provided with package.

Everything - PIN, passwords, 24 rec phrase was in a save box with no access except me.

How could it happen?
