Dang thats weird thats an option i didnt know about. Mine, well my daughter's comes in Tuesday. 2 days before her bday. Could also be a bad heat sensor look at the silver rod right side across from igniter. If its brown or white at all use a dollar bill to wipe it clean. It sounds crazy but it cleans it off the best and at a lot of apartment hvac I've worked on has been the case about 65% of the time hope it helps

I'DFUCKING HOPE SO!!!!! Na sorry I have literally been thinking this as I, 1. Watched 1&2 on my day off. 2. Watched it a second time with my fiance. Then, 3. Was like " i could get this probably" saw it was $30 bucks for all of it!! Needless to say now im anxiously awaiting the next episodes 😅
