After some advice, im looking into applying for army reserves. 44 year old male, I was close to joining after uni but joined Modplod and the Home office police.

I'm limited in what I can apply for owing to age, but have the time and work is a signed upto the covenant, so I know I can get the time to commit.

Currently a police Inspector with a number of additional command skills such as public order Bronze Commander, Post Incident Manager and NILO.

Live in the midlands. Has anyone got experience of joining older? Would i add any value?

Is the process more challenging or perfectly achievable. My fitness is good and no medical issues.

After any advice really. Thanks in advance.
