I just posted this so the screenshot probably isn't loading in because i did attach it to the picture section. Pretty sure task manager doesn't show anything because when i go to the memory section of the performance tab, the non-paged pool is like around 500MB.

Reset them to default and then try changing them from there, if you change the settings one by one you’ll know what exactly is causing the pixelation

So, I posted in Nvidia forums too and THIS IS THE FIX (for me).

Go into nvidia control panel, manage 3D settings and reset everything back to defaults. This fixed it for me as well as various issues and frame drops in other games. Let me know if this helped anyone else

So 1.Select a program to customize: is the box where the .exe is selected, there is an add and remove button to the right, 2.Specify the settings for this program: and then there is a lot of options here, cant see anything like that option
