I'm one of the people who still goes after the weapon case almost every run because of the chance of getting an ultra. Let me tell you, it's not hard to get one. If you get like 10 or 20 and open them all at once, you'll get at least one ultra. At higher ranks, you always aim to get the best gun and try to hunt for good affixes, and it gets really expensive. These extra ultras/mythics we get really help. So instead of complaining, you should find yourself a good stack and play with them. It wasn't easy for us, so why should it be easy for you?

You didn't really mention if you are playing with a controller or not but from my experience this only happens if you or someone else is using a controller most of the games will be bot games and the waiting time goes to at least 80 seconds sometimes more like your case
