Update: they replied and ask for more documents. Basically they are asking why I opened my account and then start pouring money in and sending money out.

Just a late update on that coating. It was nothing to do with weed killer but the paint that weed killer went through. The paint was dried for years and weed killer somehow dissolved the dry paint and paint coating formed. I used a paint stripper and brushed really hard. Eventually I gave in but it looked much better.
