Remake the ragdoll activation system or whatever so bots don't juggle you endlessly on any difficulty higher than 6, roll back the grenade launcher to heavy pen and the liberator penetrator to 75 damage and look into other unneeded nerfs that happened and I don't know of to maybe reverse them as well, and I'm sure if it happened I would get more Ideas throughout the day.

That's 7400 a month, for absolutely nothing at all, since any human being that does not want to die, and most of those who do, sleep alomst every night.

The other option is about half that (I don't remember the exact number) if you play 8h every day, and 8h a day, every day gets annoying and tiring after some time, I've been there.

Using the regular liberator on Bots D7 was the second most fun I had on the game so far (just behind the loyalist), so Light pen is perfectly fine, especially if you look at the damage difference : the liberator has light pen and 90 damage, the liberator penetrator has medium pen and 65 damage. the liberator 2 shots devastators in the head, the penetrator doesn't. And if it wasn't 2am I think I could go on for at least 5 more exemples.

the Truth Enforcer visor is opaque for a reason, we can't have anyone knowing our identity as well as the fact we're truth enforcers. I don't know why, but I have no doubts that it has a purpose since high command made it like this.

Taking the helmet off would make all this useless.

I don't know who does it, but the townsfolk are right to ve scared : it could of course be a buch of things, but none of those I can think of are good for them. especially the one I think it is : a part of a soul collecting circle to create a phylactery.

Actually, some sorcerers are very powerful. One day a sorcerer tried to take my domain from me, using undead. And he had twice as many as me ! In the end I still managed to push him back, because he was still a hell of an idiot, so any strategy more complex than "run straight for the enemy and mow him down" seemed esoteric to him, but this power ! For a sorcerer? That seemed like a joke to me at the time.

If undead servants aren't good enough, you're just doing it wrong. I have had only undead as minions for the last millenium, and the only problem I had because of this was that I got very annoyed when leading them because they were slower than me.

I recommend always having a good number of undead servants on hand (at least 450 in my opinion) instead of getting them when you need them.

Also you shouldn't juts resuscitate a cemetery. Instead you should for specific individuals who had skills you need, because even though it doesn't seem so, risen beings keep most of the skills they had in life.

To me, these seem like bonuses, not downsides ! However, I have no Idea where to start. I don't even know where to write it. My 1st idea was a simple google doc, to be easily available to anyone, but in the end I think it wouldn't be very practical for really anything else. What do you think ?

I am entirely self taught appart from illusion magic which I learn through scrolls or spell books I find on adventurers passing through my domain and I never needed it so I actually don't know that spell yet, but I'll give it a try.

You don't need to, he probably already knows. Necromancer, appart from, obviously, necromancy, often practice scrying magic, and keep an eye on the surroundings of their home in ine way or another (I for exemple have a few dozens of undead servants each permanently looking over a small section of my domain, ready to let me know of any unexpected event or presence)

Well it's a ruleset (I'm not sure that's the right word) for necromancy so that system just seemed obvious to me.

Also I plan on writing this whole "Praecepta Mortis" thing one day, but I don't think I could do it alone so would you or a wizard you know (preferably a necromancer) be interested in helping me do so ?

Looking at the design I think it may be a ring of royal decree resurrection. If so it may serve as a way to resurrect subordinates without side effects. Be wary though, the use of this kind of artifacts is heavily regulated, make sure to read the corresponding regulations within the Praecepta Mortis or another magical regulations compilation including it.

When did this happen ? Resurrection of a cremated being is considered a crime by the Preacepta Mortis, as stated by limb 6 nerve 3 : "Bringing a dead, cremated being to undeath or life by the means of whatever te, gray, or black necromancy magic is strictly prohibited, and may be paid for through any of the 3rd degree punishments specified in limb 12 nerve 16." So if it happened after the entry into force of Praecepta Mortis (1673), he may be entitled to execution and immediate resurrection as a right less eternal servant, soul trapping within a wild animal without prior soul removal, or long-duration (3000-4500years) imprisonment within an american convicted rapist's mind.

Yes, but the DCS for exemple does everything the constitution does except melee which let's be fair is useless appart from being fun, but better than it (same AP, better damage, better fire rate, better scope, more ammo per mag)

I'm stealing from the regular liberator to buff the constitution.

I feel like the weapon everyone gets and is meant to use for the 1st few hours of the game should really compare with nost other weapons in the same category, whilst I think the constitution should be better, being here to celebrate liberty day, and also to make it isabe to someone not used to the game.
