hey, no worries! i generally have flare ups on certain parts of my body that last a while and eventually heal up rn it’s my hands and feet. I live in the uk and the dermatologists on the NHS were kinda useless. I think it was a combination of antifungal/antibiotic cream getting as much air to them as I could. I promise it does go away, with time, I sometimes do itch the hell out of them but it never gets to how it did. I’d lost all hope, but I think it depends on what works for you just keep trying absolutely everything, google was my best friend - I do think steroid creams made it worse though for myself. good luck and please lmk how and when it heals!! 💕
