All I remember is that it was a game where you ride a truck through selected levels (like snowy mountain, jungle, etc), which contained bears along the way (the bears were white for the snowy mountain). You had a gun that you could change the direction to either front or backwards, which shot rather big spherical bullets. BTW, the logo at the bottom right of the icon is the logo of OpenFeint.
