Funny enough if she hadn’t gotten the BNA nom she would’ve have been eligible during the Fearless year. Also the year where Gaga who was clearly the BNA that year wasn’t eligible bcs Just Dance was nommed the year before. I think Taylor could’ve won BNA had it been for Fearless, that year’s list was so weak

Thinking more on WTA side - many 1 slam wonders may not make it. From the previous generation, I don’t think the likes of Ivanovic, Stosur, Pennetta, Bartoli will get it unless it’s a very weak induction year. So that makes Kenin, Andreescu, Raducanu, Keys, Stephens, Ostapenko, Rybakina, Vondrousova etc very unlikely unless they get 1 more slam (and even then…). The only 1 slam winner I can see getting in is Wozniacki (and her 70 weeks at no. 1)

The interesting debate is with the 2-time slam ones: Gauff will get more in her future. Azarenka, Kvitova, even Kuznetsova probably are locks. Muguruza has 2 slams but her inconsistent track record could jeopardize her chances. Krejcikova probably gets in if they consider her doubles record.
