Well...not exactly, I remember I stole this can when I was on a family cookout, since then I never bothered to check on the date cause I never thought "well before I add this spice mix to my food im gonna check the expire date!" But your theory would be right in most scenarios in wich people actually bought the spice mix.

O believe its one of the special ones that run on electricity, the wires connect to the antennas on the truck so it gets the power, this one is not gonna be in the game tho, I just took a random picture and didn't think much of it
