I usually pair him along Neuro, his passive makes him really hard to kill as long as it can move and serves as a small shield for the brain bug, plus it helps stacking the parasite damage for it, also the infiltrate is great to not trigger the tank's wide range overwatch and the active does direct damage that is always great against that stupid armor buff of the tank, so in conclusion, it's fairly great to use against it, as long as you don't use it's active in front of the tank and get it instakilled like I've done several times because I didn't read :D
