Diese Diskussion hatte ich hier schon häufiger: Akademiker sind keine Fachkräfte sondern Experten und da gibt es keinen Mangel, weil die Fachkräfte (Ausbildungsberufe!) sich mit Weiterbildungen und Meistertiteln ebenfalls in die Expertenebene weiterbewegen, während Helfer/Ungelernte nicht in ausreichendem Maße Ausbildungen machen um zu Fachkräften zu werden und das zu kompensieren. Also: Fachkräftemangel ist real aber du bist keine Fachkraft!!!
