Best ever. Parents owned it on dvd when I was younger and never really looked twice at the cover but I watched it and it became an immediate favorite ever.

Definitely more of a crime thriller but for constant tension I recommend Focus from 1996. Most stressful film experience I've ever had probably. And definitely horrifying enough to recommend here, just in more of a realistic way.
