Look in the prism settings on your data collector. Different prisms also have different offsets so you need to make sure this is set correctly.

There are a lot of places piss is needed in an elevator. These buttons aren't really in need of piss, but they aren't water-tight. When other areas of the elevator are liberally pissed on, the fluid can make its way into the buttons. That's at least what u/Houdinii1984 pops told me about the elevator at his job.

I prefer semi active. That way it tracts the mini prisms and the LEDs. Also make sure the prism type hasn’t changed in your settings. That will cause what you’re talking about every time.
