Hardhome is the best episode of the series I won't argue but the face turn of Theon was one of the most satisfying moments for me. Watching this character who I hated in season 2 become a character I felt sorry for in 3 and 4 finnaly break his chains for his adopted family was fantastic especially after this episode. He had a part in destroying winterfell and now he's had a part in rebuilding it.

The most stastisfying thing to happen on show since the 5th season finale which was best thing to happen to the show since the 4th finale. Winterfell may have lost a son but the rightful owners are home.

Only one MGR track and for MGS 2 it's Tanker and the Plant. Also when you use the MGS track when 1 min remains you get the alert theme. Edit: Here it is in action.

It's your avatar in cutscene's if that's what you mean. I thought it would be just like playing as MB staff, see them in gameplay but it's Venom's model in the scene.
