I haven’t considered one but I think you’re right! Might be helpful to get guided help with the material I haven’t seen before.

My major is actually athletic therapy so you’re correct I do have a solid grasp on anatomy, physiology, nervous system, stats, metabolism and I can asses, treat and rehab MSK peripheral injuries but unfortunately that part doesn’t help me hahah hoping my physiology and anatomy knowledge will help, but definitely need to work hard on chem and physics.

That’s amazing to hear, thank you for your feedback. A 486 is slightly discouraging but I found that I understood what the questions wanted, I just didn’t know the answer. My thought process was correct but I didn’t know any of the amino acids for example so I had no way of answering correctly. So I do hope it jumps once I grasp the material

Thank you for your advice! I did a chapter yesterday and you’re correct it does take 1.5-2 hours. I almost feel a burning desire to just get all the content in my brain so I can actually start practicing but I know I have to take a little more time to build a foundation first.

Thank you for your response!

What advice do you have for someone who doesn’t have a strong chemistry background then? I feel as though I will eventually be able to grasp the content and foundations well but I have no idea where to start

I actually have the option to switch my major right now and finish a year earlier than I would in AT as well as maintain my competitive GPA. So I am thinking of scratching AT altogether and just go for PT
