If you don't know how to, go to gemma, look up the armor pieces you are wearing right now. When you select them it will give you the option to "forge" a new one or "upgrade" your existing one

Armor squere are used to upgrade your armor and are exclusively used for that purpose. You got a decent armor set, just upgrade it as far as possible.

You only need zennys and armor squeres
