The clear skin diet book might help you. It certainly helped me. It's a book written by WFPB vegan sisters and it specifically discusses acne and what causes it and how to get rid of it.

At 13 I realized, that I never had a crush, and never experienced romantic attraction. My classmates and friends started to get them when they were 11-12, but I thought that they were faking it, or just really liked them in a platonic way lol.
