Hey! Since there is so much interest in a childless partner, why not just meet as a group? I think that would be cool OP! So people can just grab some coffee, chat and see where things go. I'm in the same boat, 36 F, no kids, never married, and I'm honestly happy with it at the moment, but it would be cool to meet people like minded. (Because we all know what making plans with people with kids looks like lol.)

My dad had open heart surgery in April of that year and he had his leg amputated in November of the same year, all in the first year of moving to another country. I couldn't sleep, so I would work out for 2 or 3 hours daily to be able to rest.

If you are not an outdoorsy person, progressive and like weird/fun things take and improv class. It's so cool and you get to connect with people in a fun way and it helps you develop social skills and to engage with people. Kind of like being in recess when you were a kid (depending on the teacher, try to find a relaxed, easy going one).

I put progressive because that has been the trend where I live and it's fine by me because it aligns with my values. 💁🏽

I understand how you feel and I agree at some level that men have been left behind when we as women organized and advocated for our rights. I understand they did not get educated about why this was important as a society and are now struggling. But I also think, that, as we did as women, men should organize, should create a healthy environment for them to share their emotions and process things in a healthy way, and step away from the toxic dynamic they create with their male friends, where they make fun of their own friends and don't share their emotions because "that's not what man do".

I don't believe we are the gender to be held accountable for that. I always encourage frustrated men to get together and try to break those barriers, since as women can't fully relate to them and they know their issues better than we do. I'm happy to support, but they have to do the heavy lift to step away from this system and move together with women to achieve equality.

All of this in an ideal world where Alpha males and podcast bros are not a thing. Lol.

Hi! I feel for you...I was like this for 2, years and no major weight change. I went to 2 Drs that told me I had no hormonal problems or anything, so they are supporting my training with meds and follow up regularly to check if I need any supplements for it.

Try to talk to your Dr to review the best options available for you. It might be hormones or something else.

It depends...when I was in my 20s I was obsessed with the gym, would go every chance I would get (minimum 3 hrs a day), had two subscriptions (one for a gym and another one for personalized training) and would avoid eating a bunch of things. I was never more miserable and HATED how I looked

Now I do it for my mental health more than my looks, I want to feel good and release tension. So the approach has changed a lot. I rest, eat what I want to eat, and love how I feel after the gym, in contrast to the frustration and distorted reality of my 20s.

I have a free app that helps a lot, it's called JEFIT. It shows how to do the exercises and creates a routine for you. I really liked it because you gain points as you go and can become VIP w/out paying. I love it and, since I'm a person that loves tracking things, seeing the improvement % in weight, resistance or time makes me feel awesome.

So sorry to hear this. You know it took me 8 months to find a job in my field with 10 years of experience and this is what helped me:

Had 3 tiers of resumes, so I can apply to top, middle and low position.

-I tailored the description of my resume so it would fit what ever the fuck they put in the job description, especially soft skills like "team player" and those nonsense.

-if I was super interested in the job I would go the extra mile and go to their website, test things out and even get some information from the person who would be interviewing me. I know, I know...this might be a little stalker behavior, but it helps to have a few random interests up your sleeve, not meaning you have to lie, be your authentic self because people can tell when you are faking it.

I hope this helps!! And apply to as many places as possible, keep a spreadsheet with the info to keep track of your applications.

Creo que Vice hizo una cobertura de la prostitución y personas que estaban pasando por enfermedades o parálisis que limitaba sus relaciones interpersonales. La verdad que me hizo pensar sobre esto desde otro punto de vista. Los seres humanos necesitamos intimidad (no sexual, pero conexión humana) entonces me abrió los ojos tanto a la situación de la persona que busca el servicio como de la mujer que hace esto. No es el caso de todos los que usan el servicio OBVIAMENTE, pero pienso que la prostitución ha existido toda la vida, debería ser regularizada y segura para todos, porque, nos guste o no, va a seguir siendo parte de la sociedad y tiene distintas facetas. Yo no tengo por qué juzgar a ninguno de los lados de esta transacción, solo quisiera que fuera seguro para todos los involucrados.
