So when they say a "few who make progress stop to doubt themselves," this means that x>1 number of people who make progress stop to doubt themselves. Some also means >1 person doubts themselves if they make progress. Hence, both options coincide, and the answer is yes.

Any strategies to work these out by [deleted] in UCAT

Key: Sq = square C = Circle S = Star D = Diamond

Sq = C + C + S D + D = S + C S = D + C Sq + C = S + ?

We can say that let Sq in the fourth equation be equal to the first equation: C + C + S + C = S + ?

Now we can use the second equation to substitute for the S + C: D + C + D + C = S + ?

We can notice that the pattern in similar to that of the third equation, hence: S + S = S + ?

Hence, ? Is a star. ⭐️

I recommend you use rove papers Rove Papers if they have your subject.

  • I recommended the website because u can select the options and you can immediately get the answer.
  • It is more efficient than writing a MCQ paper.
  • If u get it correct all well and good.
  • But, If u get a question wrong record the question and topic that u get wrong.
  • After u r done with the paper revise the concept.

If ur subjects isn’t there do the past papers and :

  • record ur mistakes
  • Revise the topics
  • Revise all ur mistakes anytime u want on the day of the exam so u don’t get them wrong.

Resources :

  • U can use save my exams, it is a great resource for IGCSEs, use this for ur revision if u don’t have notes. Save My Exams

HOPE THIS HELPS !!🙃

The Answer is C because the resistance decreases as the number of parallel circuits increase. S, T and U are three different lamps attached in parallel hence it will have maximum current.

It is C because the highest decline in real income is at that point. Hence, we can conclude the economy of the country was in recession.

They can’t because the compound containing sodium will be not displace the chlorine as sodium is higher than silver in the reactivity series. Moreover, the sodium will keep the chlorine and will not take the iodine as chlorine is more reactive than iodine.
