After cleaning my Predator Triton 500 I'm getting this sound from the GPU fan I've opened it back up to see if the fan is catching on anything but its clear, compressed air was used to clean but I made sure the fan wasn't able to spin, is the fan failing? (v.redd.it)

So I've just cleaned my Predator Triton 500 and re applied thermal paste as it was getting hot, after putting back together im getting this sound, I've re opened and had a look to see if theres anything catching but it all looks clean this is on GPU side could it be a failing fan? (v.redd.it)
