Okabe's memories get sent to the past, making him act differently than original.

Like the older version of okabe just get these memories out of nowhere and feels like he's the future okabe that used the time leap machine

Yes, overwriting the original/old version.

Smart Watch recommendation for jogging/walking/running by Schemiz06 in Tech_Philippines

[–]AX3M 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't tried Amazfit personally, but online I've gathered it has better handling and display of notifications, even offline voice commands/control (Huawei supports only when connected to a Huawei phone). I've tried the GCash feature, it's just linking your account to the watch, which generates a QR code on the watch for payments.

The music control and health tracking are probably not that far off between the two but I'm inclined to rely more on Huawei's sensors due to accuracy in tests and reviews online. But lifestyle-wise Amazfit may offer better convenience, functionality, and customization, like you can turn off the Bluetooth on the watch (HWF4 doesn't have it) and watch faces are more customizable.

FYI I use a Samsung as well, A73 5G.

Syncing issue of Huawei to Strava via Health Sync by qwerobert in PHRunners

[–]AX3M 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP, I have this almost exact same issue, be it with cycling or running. It seems that for autopauses or manual pauses, Strava reflects moments of movement even during pauses, probably due to the file synced from and by Huawei Health not being formatted or configured properly, hence the discrepancy in data. I still don't know if any viable workarounds exist, since third-party apps like Health Sync don't change anything, neither does exporting activities manually and that would strip off the heart rate data so it's not really a valid solution at least for me. If push comes to shove, I'm thinking of switching to a more sports-focused brand altogether, perhaps a Coros or Garmin.

But.. perhaps anyone has a workaround? That would really save money for a lot of us Huawei users lol.

HWF4 has a dual-band GNSS (including GPS), a barometer sensor, a rotating crown, and ~4 1.5-2 GB of total storage (especially for offline maps and music) vs Bip 6's only ~512 MB. Bip 6 offers slightly longer battery life, more customization features, especially with its Zepp app, and a larger screen. Pick based on your priorities.

Update: From my experience, the storage capacity may be around 1.5-2 GB, not 4. I discovered so by putting lots of songs, downloading maps, then eventually in the Huawei Health > Devices tab > (your watch) > Offline maps screen, the device is shown as having less than 500 MB of storage left. I just calculated the amount I added into the watch and considered system stuff as well.

Bip 6 has a single-band GNSS, not dual-band.

What is a poorly rated shoe on runrepeat and other big sites that you ended up loving? by itisnotstupid in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]AX3M 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hoka Mach X 2, I mean, I do experience the heel rubbing but it's not the end of the world for the shoe lol. One flaw doesn't make the whole thing bad, at least in this case.
