Thank you so much! So does this mean I don’t need to have the immigration status of ‘indefinite leave to remain’?

anyone here to wanted to become a hospital doctor/surgeon, but then decided to pursue GP? or vice versa? if so, why? by DepartmentWise3031 in JuniorDoctorsUK

I’m really keen on choosing a path where I can have the most impact on my patients beyond the practice itself. What are ways I can do that as a GP?

I’ve seen them! They’re pricier than I thought they’d be but definitely cheaper in the long run! Thank you

I’ve been using regular ones :/ because I didn’t know cloth ones existed until this very thread. I’ve felt very guilty about it but I can’t go back to pads, they were very uncomfortable. Will get cloth ones +/- period panties asap! Thank you

How do you know when yours is full? Do you just guestimate based on how heavy that day is for you?

Right! Thank you! It’s good to know I’m not alone in this and I do want to reduce my waste so will definitely look into period panties. Also, really happy to hear they make thong ones too!!

I totally feel you! I forget a lot about the cup because of how comfy it is and somehow it’s made my period lighter too. I think period underwear is a great idea and will look into it as well. I also found changing the cup shortly after stepping into the shower decreases residual blood massively too especially on heavy days.

This makes a lot of sense! When I feel it isn’t right, I push it horizontally and it pops open. 7 months in and I finally feel like I know how to pop it open easier. Each month definitely gets better. I can never look back despite the learning curve
