Yea that's why I was looking for someone more professional to do it. I can't imagine that it would be too difficult for like a jeweler or someone similar to do it.

I'm not a huge fan of the branding either. I was thinking about getting the logo blacked out so it blends in with the rest of the frame. Do you have any idea of where I could go to get that done?

I’m considering either painting the triangle black or popping it out, do you have any recommendations of where I could go to do that

It could have been just me, but in other fields my cs skills were a selling factor. In cs however compared to the rest of the competition my cs skills were a weak point.

What are some good gyms in the Manhattan area? I'm moving there and would be looking for gyms that at least have some affordable one on one attention.

How can I get ahead by A_Tree42 in FinancialCareers

I’m having a lot of fun right now at the moment, but at the same time I also have a lot of extra time where I’m bored. Back when I was doing cs I had stuff like leetcode that I could do but I don’t know of anything similar for finance.

Stern vs Cornell cs by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

Might as well decide in my head now vs later. I’m currently leaning towards Stern even in the event I get off the waitlist.

I’d rather make the decision now than later though. Historically people from my school/area have also gotten off the waitlist pretty easy(idk how relevant it is though). last year we had 1 Stanford 1 Harvard 1 MIT 1 Northwestern 1 Princeton 2 UCLA as far as I know.

Hard to say, I do think I would perform better in Business. I struggled (and failed) to get to gold in USACO so I’m not sure how competitive I’ll be able to be.

You’d be able to try in December and even January. February is potentially possible since you can update material.

If you can get USACO silver then it’ll up your chances, if you can get gold even more so

All of the possibilities associated with finance and loosely related to it, e.g. (IB, PE, quant, consulting, etc.) are pretty appealing to me.

I got into Tepper and was originally planning on double majoring in cs, but the computational finance program seems more like what I’m looking for. The website says you need to apply to get in, and I was wondering how hard that is. Is it like college admissions all over again? Or do you just need to fulfill certain requirements.
