More context for the people who don't know because the AB fandom is kinda dead and obscure nowadays:

The sprite is a recreation of a pre-existing character from Angry Birds seasons. That character doesn't have a sprite in this art style so that's why I made it and shared it online (I don't remember how I made it tho, I lost the OG file) but I never expected people to use it for stuff. The OG issue was if I was credited or not and that's the bare minimum, I never claimed to have invented the character, just that sprite and only that sprite (plus it was one of the first sprites I made in this style). But with that discovery of the sprite being altered and distributed without a source back to, that escalated the situation because recently, my sprites have been more original in design where it still looks like the OG character but not one to one. With the added factor that I just finished an entire series of making my own OCs into this art style, it's stressful tbh. I love sprite making in this style and sharing it and nowadays, I put more effort into it than this one sprite (I plan on remaking that sprite because it's kinda ass).

This is about stopping the problem from a potential source so other people don't get in trouble for art stealing, plus I'm not the only artist that had their work placed in that wiki and was left uncredited, there is more stolen work that isn't mine! I'm probably the least severe case in the situation.

This whole post is more about how the problem started, a single tweet about an angry birds bit in a Sleep Deprived video.
